so following the event, what has been going on? hmmm. besides some other things from this yr's dnd that have yet to be fully settled, there has also been a very important thing going on! =) the new dnd main comm recruitment!!

hmmmm… on the 12th of September, wednesday, we held our DND main commitee recruitment drive for the new main committee for the dinner and dance 07/08!! quite a few people came down for our interview including our very own pageant contestant from this yr's dnd! so after a night long of interview, the new dnd committee 07/08 was finally formed! =D im sure every1 very interested in who got what rite!! so here goes ………

congrats to all of them, and to those who did not win anything that day, you have already won yourselves! good job!!!

The committee members also put in a lot of effort to prepare the door gifts, lucky draws etc. They spend almost 1 day to buy all the necessary materials for the preparation of the dnd night. The logistics also often buy suppers for the contestants since the training ends late almost everyday. Really thanks for their efforts. Therefore, show your appreciation by turning up for dnd night and watch their performance.=)

Now, lets take a look at their process. Stay tuned.=) 

We know it's tough on you guys but we believe that you can do it!!All of you will be in the limelight on this Saturday and give it your best shot!! Show them what you've learnt all these weeks  

Most importantly, we hope you peeps have learnt something from this pageant and get to know more people from other clans, as well as seniors, whom i guess you may not even get the chance to talk to if you never join the pageant..wahahaha… From what we see, all of you have bonded very well and we sincerely hope that you have enjoyed this and may it be a wonderful memory for everyone of you.

Of course, after the event all of us can organise some outings or swimming sessions, since some of you are into swimming!! hahaha.. Hwee Leng can also organise a Vegetarian Supper, I wouldn't mind, anyway i've never tried that before in my uni life..!!something new…hahaha!!!

Also, how can we forget your DnD nannies?!!? 3 CHEERS to the P.C.s!!!

thanks Sean (Head of PC) for coming down everyday and train the 10 contestants. By the way, you guys may want to ask him how he managed to get such wonderful academic results despite joining so many things in Hall.. haha..

thanks Sally for coming down despite her illness!! din know your cough is that serious and think you better take care man!! if the western doctor are inefficient, try looking for Chinese Physician, remember you have a TCM chairperson? hahah…

Thanks Eliz for bothering to take the dance room key at North Spine everyday I'll introduce my NUM friend to you someday!!! haha…

and not forgeting our Hall Queen Shuying!! thanks for bringing the contestant to the dance studio and accompany them.paiseh for not joining… busy la… (actually it's lazy lah.. heez..)

Lastly, we thank all the other main commers who volunteer to come down and help out during the trainings..

OKIE!!!! Let's countdown to the final day!!!!

We reached at about 6.30pm, DAMN Traffic Jam….(dun go back at this time, it's super tiring  and long).. Well the guys actually took quite fast to try out their suits… Sorrry lah, we forgot to take photos during the fitting.. hahah but we also scared that you will drool over the guys if you post them up… So if you wanna see Derek, Timothy, Kennard, Wicky and Weiren in suit, do remember to come for the Diner and Dance k? By the way, it's this coming Saturday!!! do come down and support your fellow contestants on the night!!! excited .. hahha

there was dance training at tanjong pagar at 930pm on sunday. wei ren wasn't feeling well on that day but think he has recovered already. well enough to go to the gym today haha. finally into the ending part of the dance already! heh. because we're not the richy rich kind, we rushed for the last train at 1150pm from tanjong pagar after training haha. left with no choice but to cab back to hall when we reached boon lay. it was after numerous attempts before we got 2 cabs because there were 'cab snatchers' around. wicky was a tad worked up ah. hahahaha. you should've seen his reaction - totally hilarious. haaa

on monday, training at Shine was cancelled because many of them couldn't make it. had catwalk training that night. love the song for the evening segment haha. was quite a relaxing day albeit it was 5 days to the big day. training ended about 1030pm.
